Professionals from the company were engaged to locate 3 high-yield boreholes to provide source
water for the man-made lake and for backup water supply. Through these services The Waterfront
managed total yield of 1,500 m3/day of groundwater, out of which up to 25% is permitted
abstraction.
Other soil investigations for the man-made lake which included trial pits, in situ tests and laboratory
testing.
